Specifications For The Manufacturer Of Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe By Shalimar Pipe Industries
Pipe are manufactured according to standard specifications framed by American Society for testing and material ASTM Designation C76

SCOPE
These specifications cover reinforced concrete pipes intended to be used for the conveyance of sewerage., industrial, wastes, storm water and for the construction of culverts.

CLASS
Pipes are manufactured according to specifications of Class ii, iii, iV and standard specifications. The corresponding strength requirements are prescribed in the Table-1

BASIS OF ACCEPTANCE
Acceptability of the pipe in all diameters is determined by material test and by crushing test on concrete cores r cured concrete cylinders and by inspection of the finished pipe including amount and placement of reinforcement to determine its conformance with accepted design and its freedom from defects.
